Flesh are a heavy metal trio from Zagreb, Croatia, formed in 2013 after guitarist Mötej Van Matanović and vocalist/bassist Rökindja Nikolić continued under a new name following their earlier band Full Throttle. Drummer Krešimir Špoljar joined in 2016, completing the line-up that would go on to define the band's sound.
Their self-titled debut album was released independently in 2014, delivering pure traditional heavy metal with a strong underground character. After more than a decade of keeping the faith, Flesh returned in December 2025 with Feeding Frenzy, their second full-length album. The record stays firmly rooted in classic heavy metal, combining powerful riffs, melodic guitar work and an old-school attitude inspired by the likes of Judas Priest, Manowar, Saxon and other traditional metal legends.
Feeding Frenzy delivers nine tracks of pure heavy metal, from driving anthems to darker and more epic material, with the trio handling the music, lyrics and production themselves.
