FEANOR

Feanor were forged in 1996 in Buenos Aires, Argentina by bassist and bandleader Gus 'Feanor' Acosta, on a mission to keep the pure heavy metal flame burning — epic metal in the vein of Virgin Steele and Manowar, wrapped in Tolkien-inspired lyrics. After years of success across Latin America the band reinvented itself for an international audience with Sven D'Anna (Wizard) on vocals and, in a defining move, ex-Manowar guitarist David Shankle as a full member. His writing runs right through Power of the Chosen One (2021), which Metal Warrior Records brings to vinyl across two records, with guest turns from Ross the Boss, Tony Martin (Black Sabbath) and Eric Marullo.
